Storyboarding

Even though I have created many storyboards in PowerPoint, this Online Marketplace – Business Case storyboard was developed in Microsoft Word, and I selected specific templates (with options for tabs, accordions, carousels, etc.) that were appropriate for the content. The storyboard templates served as a baseline for a website/intranet deliverable for the client.

The audience included sales consultants, managers, and internet sales specialists for automotive dealerships, and the course promoted identification of both internet business opportunities and how to capitalize on customer expectations in each department at the dealerships.

eLearning

Identifying, Reporting, and Managing Quality Events is an eLearning course that was transposed from Lectora to Storyline 360 for a pharmaceutical client along with an assessment. Two customized scenarios were included to demonstrate actions required to document and mitigate quality events.

The audience included clinical trial associates, and the course defined a quality event, actions to take, and how to determine if the event should be submitted to the quality event tracking system.

The purpose of this eLearning course was to explain hazards and precautions associated with equipment used in electricity generation, transmission, and distribution. It was created in Storyline 2 software with static images, gifs, hotspots, and the insertion of a YouTube video. Multiple layers were used on slides to minimize onscreen text and adhere to adult learning theories. I collaborated with subject matter experts to develop an assessment at the end of the course.
